This 13,000 sq. ft. facility was constructed mainly to house the new indoor pool for the London Boys and Girls Club. Also included in the new addition was construction of adjacent change rooms, two large multi purpose rooms, and a new reception area and accent tower.

Construction of Western Fairís Agriplex facility was completed in the summer of 2004. This facility was built to provide facilities for the agriculture industry for education, exhibition and distribution. It also showcases events from international equestrian shows and horse sales to local and regional 4-H activities.

This project was completed in the spring of 2011. The facility includes the construction of a 55,000 sq. ft. for the City of Chatham. This two storey structure contains a new indoor pool, a large Gymnasium, Fitness Room, Multipurpose rooms, change rooms, Community Rooms, and support offices.

This project consisted of an addition of an NHL size ice surface to the existing arena. The renovation also included the complete demolition and addition of new change rooms and showers facilities. All change room areas are accessible to the physically challenged. The addition also included heated viewing areas, re-construction of the public pool area, and replacement of the ice making facilities. The gymnasium addition was completed in the spring of 2005.
